Dragonkind Answers

Searched "dragonkind answers" hoping for a key that guarantees a dragon? Here's the honest version: there isn't one. The game tells you itself that dragons follow no law but their own — the same picks can end differently.

What we can give you is every choice and pick from two real runs, written up frame by frame from public player videos. Where the video doesn't show which button was tapped, we say so.

The pattern that bonded

In the run that ended with a bond, the player backed their squadmate in a fight, answered a red dragon's test instead of running, and when the orange dragon roared, roared back and climbed on. Bold answers worked better than cautious ones in that run. One run is a pattern, not a promise.

For the full write-ups with the result cards, see our player paths page. We check new videos every day and add each new path there — the answer list above grows with them. New to the game? Start at how to sign up, and when you're in, the full guide walks the whole run.

While you wait between runs

Burned? Start the retry timer so you know when you can go back in. Or practice in our free Threshing Day game — no email, no wait, and you can get burned as many times as you like.

§ Q

Questions people ask

Is there a Dragonkind answer key?
No guaranteed one. The game says dragons follow no law but their own. The picks table on this page is compiled from real runs and is the closest thing that exists.
What answers get you a dragon in Dragonkind?
In the one run we saw end in a bond, bold choices worked: help your squadmate, don't run from a testing dragon, roar back. But that's one run. Treat it as a pattern, not a rule.
How many choices are in a run?
Around 15 from the gate to the result, in the run we counted.
Why are some picks listed as 'not clear'?
Those moments weren't visible in the public videos we wrote up. We'd rather say 'not clear' than guess.
